THE LAPAROSCOPIC CHOLEDOCHAL CYST RESULT AT NGHE AN OBSTETRICS AND PEDIATRICS HOSPITAL FROM 2019 TO 2022

Abstract

Objective: To evaluate the treatment result of applying laparoscopic to treat choledochal cyst at
Nghe An obstetrics and pediatrics hospital from 2019 to 2022.
Materials and methods: 33 patients with choledochal cyst were treated by laparoscopy from
1/2019 to 10/2022 at Nghe An Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital. The retrospective study.
Results: 33 patients with choledochal cyst were treated by laparoscopy. Total of surgical time:
216.52 ± 34.63 minutes; Female / male : 5,58/1 . Age: 34.67 ± 19.41 months. There was no
mortality or reoperation. The average length of stay of the patients was 8,7 ± 1,67 days.
Conclusions: The laparoscopic choledochal cyst is safe, efficient, and possible.
