Bỏng là nguyên nhân gây chấn thương thứ tư trên toàn thế giới, dẫn đến tỷ lệ tử vong và bệnh tật cao, thời gian nằm viện kéo dài, biến dạng và tàn tật. Bỏng đường hô hấp là một bệnh lý nặng có nguy cơ tử vong cao nếu không được chẩn đoán sớm và điều trị thích hợp. Có rất nhiều nguyên nhân gây bỏng đường hô hấp nhưng hiện nay thường gặp nhất là các tai nạn sinh hoạt hàng ngày. Việc chẩn đoán, đánh giá mức độ nặng của bệnh, dự đoán sự phát triển của tổn thương đường hô hấp thông qua nội soi phế quản là rất quan trọng. Trong bài này, tôi xin báo cáo một trường hợp lâm sàng bỏng đường hô hấp được chẩn đoán tại Bệnh viện Phổi Trung ương.
