36. RESULTS OF IMPLEMENTING QUALITY MANAGEMENT ACCORDING TO THE HOSPITAL QUALITY CRITERIA AT NHAN AI HOSPITAL, 2019-2022

Abstract
Objective: Describe the results of implementing quality management according to the hospital quality criteria at Nhan Ai Hospital, period 2019-2022.
Research subjects and methods: Retrospective cross-sectional descriptive study of secondary data from 2019-2022 based on hospital quality reports at Nhan Ai Hospital.
Results: Results increased gradually each year: 3.48 points (2019), 3.64 points (2020), 3.67 points (2021) and 3.84 points (2022). In 2022, 17 criteria increased compared to 2021 due to the greatest impact of the COVID-19 epidemic. 2021 was the year with the highest number of criteria increasing in 4 years. From 2019-2022, all parts of the criteria set performed with results ranging from fair to good, the patient-oriented part scored the highest, the quality improvement activity part increased the most, and the professional activity part increased the least.
Conclusions: From 2019-2022, all parts of the criteria set performed relatively well. To improve quality, hospitals need to take measures to improve criteria related to the implementation of technical lists according to technical classification, research, deploy and apply new techniques and methods, as well as implement information technology application solutions in management and professional activities.
