Độc tính trên thính giác đề cập tới các tổn thương ở cấu trúc bên trong của tai (ốc tai và tiền đình) và các chức năng của chúng (thính giác và thăng bằng) có thể gặp khi tiếp xúc với một số loại thuốc cụ thể (ví dụ kháng sinh aminosid, hóa chất ung thư cisplatin, macrolid…). Độc tính trên thính giác liên quan tới aminosid phổ biến và đã được lâm sàng quan tâm, nhưng độc tính liên quan kháng sinh macrolid còn chưa được lưu ý nhiều trên lâm sàng, đặc biệt ở người bệnh có liệu trình điều trị kéo dài. Chúng tôi xin báo cáo nhân một trường hợp người bệnh tại Bệnh viện Phổi Trung ương xuất hiện ù tai, nghe kém khi sử dụng kháng sinh macrolid kéo dài trong điều trị NTM vào tháng 9/2021.
