Abstract

Objective: To describe the prevalence, severity of stress, and associated factors among patients with hepatitis B at Hanoi Medical University Hospital in 2025.

Stress was significantly associated with employment status and duration of illness, with higher stress levels observed among unemployed patients and those newly diagnosed (≤ 6 months).
