7. CHÍNH SÁCH VÀ ỨNG DỤNG TRÍ TUỆ NHÂN TẠO TRONG NGÀNH DƯỢC TẠI SINGAPORE: BÀI HỌC KINH NGHIỆM CHO VIỆT NAM

Abstract
Mục tiêu: Trí tuệ nhân tạo đang trở thành công nghệ nền tảng trong đổi mới y tế và dược phẩm, với tiềm năng rút ngắn thời gian nghiên cứu, giảm chi phí và nâng cao hiệu quả chăm sóc sức khỏe. Tuy nhiên, sự phát triển nhanh chóng của trí tuệ nhân tạo cũng đặt ra nhiều thách thức về quản trị, an toàn và đạo đức, đặc biệt tại các quốc gia đang phát triển. Bài viết này tập trung phân tích chính sách và ứng dụng trí tuệ nhân tạo trong ngành dược tại Singapore.
Kết quả: Trên cơ sở phân tích tổng hợp tài liệu, bài viết chỉ ra rằng Singapore đã ban hành “Hướng dẫn về trí tuệ nhân tạo trong chăm sóc sức khỏe” từ năm 2021, xây dựng cơ chế Sandbox cho phần mềm y tế dựa trên trí tuệ nhân tạo, đồng thời triển khai nhiều ứng dụng tiêu biểu trong ngành dược. Cách tiếp cận này giúp Singapore vừa khuyến khích đổi mới, vừa bảo đảm kiểm soát rủi ro và tạo niềm tin cho cộng đồng.
Kết luận: Bài viết rút ra một số bài học cho Việt Nam về sự cần thiết của việc xây dựng chiến lược quốc gia, ban hành hướng dẫn chuyên biệt và ứng dụng trí tuệ nhân tạo cho ngành dược phẩm.
