Abstract

Mục tiêu: Nghiên cứu này nhằm phân tích giá trị chẩn đoán khi kết hợp hai chỉ số neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR) và platelet-to-lymphocyte ratio (PLR) trong chẩn đoán ung thư dạ dày.
Phương pháp: Phân tích cắt ngang trên 77 bệnh nhân ung thư dạ dày mắc mới và 90 người khỏe mạnh.
Kết quả: Kết quả chỉ ra rằng, kết hợp hoặc tăng (N-PLRor) làm tăng độ nhạy chẩn đoán (Se = 90,2%). Trong khi đó, kết hợp cùng tăng (N-PLRand) và kết hợp hồi quy (N-PLR hồi quy) làm tăng độ đặc hiệu của chẩn đoán (Sp = 84,7%). N-PLR hồi quy có giá trị chẩn đoán ung thư dạ dày cao với AUC = 0,87 (p < 0,0001). Áp dụng ngưỡng cắt tối ưu (0,3791), N-PLR hồi quy có độ nhạy và độ đặc hiệu trong chẩn đoán ung thư dạ dày tương ứng là 78% và 84,7%.
Kết luận: Kết hợp N-PLRor để tăng độ nhạy và kết hợp N-PLRand hoặc N-PLRand hồi quy để tăng độ đặc hiệu trong chẩn đoán ung thư dạ dày.
