THE SITUATION OF PATIENT SAFETY CULTURE OF MEDICAL STAFF AND ANALYZE SOME FACTORS RELATED TO PATIENT SAFETY CULTURE OF MEDICAL STAFF AT GENERAL HOSPITAL OF AGRICULTURAL

Abstract
Objectives: To Describe the situation of patient safety culture and to analyze some factors related to patient safety culture of health staff at General Agricultural Hospital.
Methods: A cross-sectional descriptive study was used during the period from December 2020 to June 2021 on 362 medical staff working at General Hospital of Agricultural.
Research results showed that: The rate of positive response to patient safety culture of medical staff at General Hospital of Agricultural was 75.1%. The highest positive response have had in the three areas of “Working as a team in the department/department”; “Continuous improvement, systematic learning” and “Perspectives and actions of faculty/department leaders on internal safety”. The lowest positive response have had in the three areas “No punishment when incidents”; “Open communication at the faculty/department” “Working human resources”. A number of factors have been identified that were related to the patient safety culture of medical staff “Yes” or “No” contact with patients by medical staff. The relationship between the working time of health staff in the hospital environment over or below 5 years.
