Abstract

Medial humeral condyle fracture in children is an intra-articular fracture that extends through and separates the medial metaphysis and epicondyle from the distal humerus, making up 1–2% of all pediatric elbow fractures. The injury is rare and easily overlooked, especially in chidren under 6 years old, due to incomplete medial condyle ossification. Early diagnosis and accurate reduction is necessary to avoid growth disturbance as well as elbow function disability. We would like to update the literature review and share several cases done surgery by our teamwork.
