Abstract

Objectives: Describe the results of managing inpatient medical examination and treatment service at Nguyen Tri Phuong Hospital and some related factors.

Research methods: Descriptive cross-sectional, research implementation period from January 2023 to March 2023.

Research results: The results of evaluating the management of inpatient medical examination and treatment services in 2022 at Nguyen Tri Phuong Hospital achieved good results (4.02 points). Which, management results in terms of accessibility, information transparency, and medical examination procedures were rated at a good level. The results of management of facilities and service facilities, behavior and professional capacity of medical staff, and medical examination and treatment work were assessed satisfactorily. The hospital organizes communication training for medical staff three times a year.

Conclusion: The results of evaluating the management of inpatient medical examination and treatment services in 2022 at Nguyen Tri Phuong Hospital achieved good results. However, the hospital needs to increase the management of inpatient medical examination and treatment services further to achieve better results.
