Đánh giá hiệu quả điều trị lạnh run sau gây tê tuỷ sống bằng magnesi sulfat cho sản phụ được mổ lấy thai và đánh giá tác dụng không mong muốn của phương pháp điều trị trên. Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang 145 sản phụ được gây tê tuỷ sống để mổ lấy thai, tuổi bệnh nhân từ 18-50 tuổi, ASA I-II tại khoa Gây mê Hồi sức Bệnh viện Sản Nhi Nghệ An trong thời gian tháng 1-2021 đến 10-2021. Thời gian đạt hiệu quả điều trị sau 10 phút, 20 phút chiếm tỷ lệ cao nhất 28,28% và 31,03%. Hài lòng sản phụ sau xử trí run lạnh: rất hài lòng 72,41%; hài lòng 20,69%. Tác dụng không mong muốn: nóng bừng mặt 37,93%; nôn buồn nôn 8,28%.
