MỘT SỐ YẾU TỐ LIÊN QUAN ĐẾN TIÊU CHẢY SAU KHI SỬ DỤNG KHÁNG SINH Ở TRẺ EM DƯỚI 6 TUỔI TẠI BỆNH VIỆN NHI TRUNG ƯƠNG

Tóm tắt

Mục tiêu: Xác định một số yếu tố liên quan đến tiêu chảy sau khi sử dụng kháng sinh. Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang trên 236 bệnh nhân dưới 6 tuổi được chẩn đoán tiêu chảy sau sử dụng kháng sinh tại Bệnh viện Nhi Trung ương từ tháng 10/2017 đến tháng 9/2018. Kết quả: Lứa tuổi thường gặp từ 7-24 tháng. Kháng sinh sử dụng chủ yếu là Cephalosporin. Thời gian hết triệu chứng tiêu chảy khác nhau giữa nhóm bệnh nhân đã và chưa nằm viện tại tuyến dưới (p<0,05). Thời gian hết triệu chứng tiêu chảy khác nhau giữa các bệnh lý nhiễm khuẩn của bệnh nhân (p<0,05). Kết luận: Thời gian hết triệu chứng tiêu chảy có liên quan đến điều trị ở tuyến cơ sở và các bệnh nhiễm khuẩn của bệnh nhân.
