18. MỐI LIÊN QUAN GIỮA CHẤT LƯỢNG GIẤC NGỦ VÀ DẤU HIỆU TRẦM CẢM SAU SINH

Tóm tắt

Mục tiêu: Phân tích mối liên quan giữa chất lượng giấc ngủ và dấu hiệu trầm cảm trong giai đoạn 3 tháng sau sinh ở những sản phụ bị nhiễm COVID-19.

Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: Nghiên cứu cắt ngang được thực hiện trên 223 sản phụ nhiễm COVID-19 sinh con tại Bệnh viện Phụ sản Hà Nội trong giai đoạn từ tháng 1 năm 2022 đến tháng 4 năm 2022. Thang đo chất lượng giấc ngủ sau sinh của Thổ Nhĩ Kỳ và bảng câu hỏi trầm cảm sau sinh Edinburgh được sử dụng để đánh giá chất lượng giấc ngủ và nhận định sự xuất hiện dấu hiệu trầm cảm ở phụ nữ sau sinh. Hồi quy logistic được sử dụng để kiểm tra mối liên hệ giữa chất lượng giấc ngủ với dấu hiệu trầm cảm sau sinh.

Kết quả: Điểm đánh giá nỗi sợ COVID-19 và đánh giá hỗ trợ xã hội sau sinh có mối liên quan đến tình trạng có dấu hiệu trầm cảm sau sinh. Mô hình hồi quy đa biến cho thấy nguy cơ có dấu hiệu trầm cảm sau sinh ở những phụ nữ có chất lượng giấc ngủ kém cao gấp 1,09 lần so với những người không có dấu hiệu bệnh (p < 0,001).

Kết luận: Nghiên cứu của chúng tôi tìm thấy mối liên quan giữa chất lượng giấc ngủ và tình trạng có dấu hiệu trầm cảm ở sản phụ trong 3 tháng đầu sau sinh.
