Abstract

We conducted treatment on 2 groups of patients. The research team was given a decoction of "Tam Ty thang" and electroacupuncture. The control group was treated with electroacupuncture. After 28 days of treatment, research results showed that 100% of patients improved pain and numbness symptoms. In which, the rate of patients with pain relief reached 86.7% and numbness reached 35%. The mean values ​​of the Schober, Neri, and Walleix treatments were 1.13 ± 0.43 respectively; 0.47 ± 0.51 and 1.07 ± 0.45, which is lower than the time Due to the statistically significant difference, p <0.05. Pain and numbness symptoms in the study group improved better than the control group. The percentage of patients in the study group having good treatment efficiency was 73.4% and the control group was 30%. The difference in the rate of patients with good treatment efficiency in 2 groups had statistical meanings, p <0.05.
