ĐÁNH GIÁ CHỈ SỐ CHẤT LƯỢNG QUẢN LÝ ĐAU CỦA ĐIỀU DƯỠNG TRÊN NGƯỜI BỆNH SAU PHẪU THUẬT TẠI KHOA PHẪU THUẬT TIÊU HÓA- TỔNG HỢP, BỆNH VIỆN ĐA KHOA TỈNH HẢI DƯƠNG NĂM 2024

Mục tiêu: Đánh giá chỉ số chất lượng quản lý đau trên người bệnh sau phẫu thuật tại khoa Phẫu thuật Tiêu hoá- Tổng hợp, Bệnh viện Đa khoa tỉnh Hải Dương năm 2024.
Đối tượng và phương pháp: Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang trên 295 người bệnh sau phẫu thuật tại khoa Phẫu thuật Tiêu hoá- Tổng hợp, Bệnh viện Đa khoa tỉnh Hải Dương từ tháng 2 năm 2024 đến tháng 10 năm 2024. Nghiên cứu sử dụng bộ công cụ Strategic and Clinical Quality Indicators in Postoperative Pain Management Questionnaire (SCQIPP) gồm 14 mục để đánh giá chỉ số chất lượng quản lý đau sau phẫu thuật của Điều dưỡng. Kết quả SCQIPP được chia thành hai nhóm là “đồng ý” và “không đồng ý” theo thang đo Likert 5 điểm. Nghiên cứu sử dụng thống kê mô tả để đánh giá chỉ số chất lượng quản lý đau sau phẫu thuật.
Kết quả: Độ tuổi người bệnh ≥ 60 chiếm 39,3%. Gần 50% người bệnh tham gia nghiên cứu phản ánh điều dưỡng không thường xuyên đánh giá đau ít nhất 3 lần/ngày. Có tới 58,6% người bệnh cho rằng điều dưỡng chưa tạo điều kiện để người bệnh lựa chọn phương pháp giảm đau và 53,2% người bệnh không nhận được sự giúp đỡ của điều dưỡng về tư thế giúp giảm đau.
Kết luận: Người bệnh có đánh giá tích cực về hoạt động can thiệp giảm đau của điều dưỡng và môi trường phòng bệnh. Tuy nhiên, tỷ lệ người bệnh đồng ý với các chỉ báo liên quan đến quản lý đau sau phẫu thuật còn chưa cao. Cần tăng cường tập huấn để nâng cao kiến thức về quản lý đau sau phẫu thuật cho điều dưỡng.
