17. ĐẶC ĐIỂM VÀ HƯỚNG XỬ TRÍ THAI PHỤ ĐỦ THÁNG NHIỄM COVID-19 Ở MỨC ĐỘ NHẸ VÀ TRUNG BÌNH TẠI BỆNH VIỆN PHỤ SẢN TRUNG ƯƠNG

Tóm tắt

Năm 2022, thai phụ nhiễm COVID-19 vẫn đang là mối quan tâm đặc biệt với các bác sĩ tại Bệnh viện Phụ sản Trung ương.

Mục tiêu: Mô tả hướng xử trí với thai phụ mắc COVID-19 ở thể nhẹ và trung bình tại Bệnh viện Phụ sản Trung ương từ 1/2022 đến 12/2022.

Phương pháp nghiên cứu: Thiết kế nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang, hồi cứu trên hồ sơ bệnh nhân nhập viện được chẩn đoán mắc COVID-19 ở thể trung bình và nhẹ.

Kết quả: Tỷ lệ thai phụ mắc COVID-19 ở mức độ nhẹ là 58,2%, mức độ trung bình là 41,8%. Nhóm tuổi từ 25-29 có tỷ lệ mắc COVID-19 lớn nhất ở cả 2 nhóm nghiên cứu. Tuổi trung bình ở nhóm mắc COVID-19 nhẹ là 30,4±4,9 tuổi và ở nhóm COVID-19 trung bình là 30,8±5,4 tuổi. Tuổi thai nhập viện trung bình ở nhóm nhẹ là 39,0±0,9 tuần và nhóm trung bình là 39,0±1,0 tuần. Tỷ lệ mổ lấy thai ở nhóm COVID-19 nhẹ là 58,9% và ở nhóm COVID-19 trung bình là 41,1%.

Kết luận: Tỷ lệ mắc COVID-19 thể nhẹ và trung bình tại Bệnh viện Phụ sản trung ương là tương đương nhau. Với những thai phụ mắc COVID-19 ở thể nhẹ và trung bình thì hướng xử trí vẫn ưu tiên mổ lấy thai.
