CÁC TRIỆU CHỨNG TRẦM CẢM Ở PHỤ NỮ MANG THAI TẠI CÁC QUỐC GIA ĐANG PHÁT TRIỂN TẠI CHÂU Á GIAI ĐOẠN 2012-2021: TỔNG QUAN HỆ THỐNG

Tóm tắt

Mục tiêu: Mô tả tỷ lệ mắc các dấu hiệu trầm cảm ở phụ nữ mang thai (PNMT) tại các quốc gia đang
phát triển tại Châu Á, giai đoạn 2012-2021.
Phương pháp: Nghiên cứu tổng quan hệ thống, tiến hành tìm kiếm và tổng hợp kết quả các nghiên
cứu về trầm cảm ở phụ nữ mang thai tại các quốc gia đang phát triển tại Châu Á giai đoạn 2012-2021.
Kết quả: Sau khi tìm kiếm và sàng lọc, chúng tôi thu thập được 31 nghiên cứu đạt tiêu chuẩn được
đưa vào phân tích. Trong số 34.657 phụ nữ mang thai tham gia vào nghiên cứu, có 6.943 thai phụ
trầm cảm, chiếm tỉ lệ 20,03%.
Kết luận: Tỉ lệ mắc các triệu chứng trầm cảm ở phụ nữ mang thai còn cao. Từ đó, cần có các chương
trình can thiệp để nâng cao sức khỏe bà mẹ và trẻ sơ sinh.
