Tăng huyết áp ở trẻ em là một vấn đề sức khỏe cần được quan tâm, trong đó tăng huyết áp vô căn chiếm tỷ lệ ngày càng cao, đặc biệt ở trẻ lớn và trẻ thừa cân. Chúng tôi báo cáo một trường hợp bệnh nhi nam 12 tuổi, nhập viện trong bối cảnh chấn thương vùng mắt, được phát hiện huyết áp rất cao, chúng tôi thực hiện thăm khám và các xét nghiệm thăm dò để chẩn đoán, tìm kiếm nguyên nhân và lựa chọn phương pháp điều trị phù hợp. Qua trường hợp lâm sàng này, chúng tôi muốn nhấn mạnh tầm quan trọng của việc phát hiện sớm, đánh giá toàn diện, điều trị và theo dõi lâu dài tăng huyết áp vô căn ở trẻ em.
