Tóm tắt

Đặt vấn đề: Nghiên cứu cắt ngang được tiến hành trên 369 sinh viên chính quy khối ngành sức khỏe
đang học tại Đại học Phenikaa nhằm: Tìm hiểu về thực trạng và một số yếu tố liên quan tới các dấu
hiệu lo âu, trầm cảm và stress của sinh viên trong đại dịch COVID -19.
Kết quả: Tỷ lệ sinh viên có dấu hiệu lo âu, trầm cảm và stress lần lượt là: (11.1%), (11.1%) và
(4.9%). Các yếu tố như giới tính nam, tiền sử mắc các vấn đề về tâm lý (căng thẳng tâm lý, rối loạn
lo âu, trầm cảm, rối loạn giấc ngủ) được xác định là các yếu tố có ảnh hưởng đến tâm lý của sinh viên
trong đại dịch COVID – 19.
Kết luận: Tỉ lệ sinh viên có dấu hiệu lo âu, trầm cảm và stress khá cao trong nghiên cứu chúng tôi.
Nhà trường cần có những kế hoạch hỗ trợ, các chương trình ngoại khóa giúp sinh viên giải toả và cân
bằng tâm lý để cải thiện tình trạng trên.
