HIỆU QUẢ CỦA QUY TRÌNH CAN THIỆP HỖ TRỢ ĐỐI VỚI CHẤT LƯỢNG SỐNG CỦA NGƯỜI BỆNH SAU PHẪU THUẬT THẨM MỸ MÍ MẮT THEO THANG ĐIỂM GLASGOW BENEFIT INVENTORY

Tóm tắt

Mục tiêu: Đánh giá sự cải thiện chất lượng sống của người bệnh sau phẫu thuật thẩm mỹ mí mắt theo thang điểm Glasgow Benefit Inventory (GBI) và phân tích hiệu quả của quy trình can thiệp hỗ trợ trong nâng cao kết quả điều trị.

Phương pháp nghiên cứu: Nghiên cứu can thiệp lâm sàng có đối chứng được thực hiện trên 150  người bệnh có chỉ định phẫu thuật thẩm mỹ mí mắt tại Khoa Phẫu thuật Tạo hình Thẩm mỹ, Bệnh viện Đại học Y Hà Nội từ tháng 12/2023 đến tháng 2/2025. Người bệnh được phân vào nhóm can thiệp và nhóm chứng, mỗi nhóm gồm 75 trường hợp. Nhóm can thiệp được áp dụng quy trình chăm sóc chuẩn hóa bao gồm tư vấn trước mổ, quản lý kỳ vọng, hướng dẫn chăm sóc sau mổ và theo dõi định kỳ. Chất lượng sống được đánh giá bằng thang điểm GBI tại thời điểm 1 tháng và 3 tháng sau phẫu thuật.

Kết quả: Điểm GBI ở nhóm can thiệp cao hơn nhóm chứng tại thời điểm 1 tháng (27,3±17,2 so với 21,1±17,6; p=0,012) và 3 tháng (43,7±19,1 so với 34,7±21,8; p=0,002). Các lĩnh vực lợi ích chung và hỗ trợ xã hội cải thiện rõ hơn ở nhóm can thiệp tại cả hai thời điểm nghiên cứu (p<0,05). Hiệu quả can thiệp tương đối theo phương pháp sai biệt kép đạt 19,8% sau 3 tháng. Người bệnh có số lần khám từ 3 lần trở lên có điểm GBI cao hơn có ý nghĩa thống kê, trong khi nhóm có trình độ đại học trở lên có điểm GBI thấp hơn tại thời điểm 3 tháng sau điều trị.

Kết luận: Phẫu thuật thẩm mỹ mí mắt giúp cải thiện đáng kể chất lượng sống của người bệnh. Quy trình can thiệp hỗ trợ với tư vấn, quản lý kỳ vọng và theo dõi sau mổ có thể làm gia tăng lợi ích cảm nhận và nâng cao trải nghiệm điều trị sau phẫu thuật.
