ĐẶC ĐIỂM Ý TƯỞNG TỰ SÁT Ở NGƯỜI BỆNH SAU ĐỘT QUỴ TẠI BỆNH VIỆN LÃO KHOA TRUNG ƯƠNG

Mục tiêu: Mô tả đặc điểm lâm sàng và phân tích một số yếu tố liên quan đến ý tưởng tự sát ở người bệnh sau đột quỵ điều trị nội trú tại Bệnh viện Lão khoa Trung Ương. Phương pháp nghiên cứu: Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang được thực hiện trên 304 người bệnh sau đột quỵ điều trị nội trú tại Bệnh viện Lão khoa Trung Ương, từ tháng 8/2025 đến tháng 2/2026. Kết quả: Tỷ lệ ý tưởng tự sát là 11,8%. Chủ yếu gặp nhiều hơn ở nhóm người bệnh nam giới, trẻ tuổi và có mức độ phụ thuộc hoàn toàn do di chứng sau đột quỵ (p < 0,05). Đa số ý tưởng tự sát được ghi nhận trong vòng 1 năm đầu sau chẩn đoán đột quỵ, phần lớn xuất hiện nhiều lần trong tuần (66,6%) vào nhiều thời điểm trong ngày, trong bối cảnh người bệnh cảm thấy bản thân là gánh nặng (97,2%) và cảm giác bồn chồn, lo lắng muốn chấm dứt nỗi đau (83,3%). Kết luận: Ý tưởng tự sát được ghi nhận ở 11,8% người bệnh sau đột quỵ điều trị nội trú, liên quan đến nhiều yếu tố nhân khẩu xã hội học và lâm sàng đột quỵ. Việc sàng lọc sớm các yếu tố này có vai trò quan trọng trong can thiệp điều trị và dự phòng tự sát.
