PHÂN TÍCH CÁC YẾU TỐ TÂM LÝ - XÃ HỘI CỦA RỐI LOẠN LO ÂU LAN TỎA Ở NGƯỜI BỆNH VẢY NẾN.

Tóm tắt

Mục tiêu nghiên cứu: Phân tích một số yếu tố tâm lý- xã hội liên quan đến rối loạn lo âu lan tỏa (GAD) ở người bệnh vảy nến.

Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang trên 236 người bệnh được chẩn đoán vảy nến thông thường, khám và điều trị tại Bệnh viện Da liễu Trung ương năm 2025-2026.

Kết quả: Tình trạng hôn nhân độc thân liên quan với GAD (OR=2,88; KTC 95%: 1,02-8,10; p=0,049); Cảm nhận bị kỳ thị có liên quan với GAD (OR=6,49; KTC 95%: 2,99-14,05; p<0,001). Tuổi, tuổi khởi phát vảy nến và thời gian mắc bệnh chưa ghi nhận mối liên quan có ý nghĩa thống kê.

Kết luận: GAD là vấn đề cần được quan tâm ở người bệnh vảy nến. Cảm nhận bị kỳ thị là yếu tố liên quan với GAD, gợi ý cần lồng ghép khám, phát hiện các triệu chứng của rối loạn lo âu lan toả, đánh giá trải nghiệm kỳ thị và hỗ trợ tâm lý - xã hội, các yếu tố nâng đỡ trong quá trình quản lý người bệnh vảy nến.
