14. KẾT QUẢ GÂY CHUYỂN DẠ Ở SẢN PHỤ ỐI VỠ NON CÓ TUỔI THAI TRÊN 28 TUẦN TẠI BỆNH VIỆN PHỤ SẢN TRUNG ƯƠNG

Mục tiêu: Đánh giá hiệu quả của việc gây chuyển dạ bằng oxytocin trên những thai phụ ối vỡ non tại
Bệnh viện Phụ sản Trung ương. Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: Đây là nghiên cứu mô tả
trên 150 thai phụ ối vỡ non trong thời gian từ tháng 8 năm 2021 đến tháng 8 năm 2022 tại Bệnh viện
Phụ sản Trung ương. Kết quả: Tuổi thai từ 37-41 tuần chiếm tỷ lệ 83,3%, tuổi thai từ 28-31 tuần
chiếm tỷ lệ 1,3%. Chiều dài cổ tử cung lúc vào viện trên 25mm chiềm 64% sau khi khởi phát chuyển
dạ là 18,7%. Sau khi gây chuyển dạ bằng oxytocin thì tỷ lệ đẻ thường là 69,3% và mổ đẻ là 30,7%.
Tỷ lệ thành công mức 3 là 69,3% và thất bại là 14%. Tỷ lệ nhiễm trùng ối là 3,3% và nhiễm trùng sơ
sinh là 2,7%. Kết luận: Gây chuyển dạ bằng oxytocin rất có hiệu quả trên đối tượng nghiên cứu tại
Bệnh viện Phụ sản Trung ương với tỷ lệ nhiễm khuẩn ối và nhiễm trùng sơ sinh rất thấp. Tuy nhiên,
việc theo dõi dấu hiệu nhiễm khuẩn ối và nhiễm khuẩn sơ sinh cần phải được quan tâm hơn để giảm
tỷ lệ bệnh tật và tử vong sau sinh.
