Mục tiêu nghiên cứu: Mô tả điểm lâm sàng, cận lâm sàng ở trẻ mắc COVID-19, biến thể Alpha.
Đối tượng nghiên cứu: 53 trẻ được xác định mắc COVID-19, biến thể Alpha tại Hải Dương, từ
tháng 1 đến tháng 3 năm 2021. Phương pháp nghiên cứu: Mô tả hàng loạt ca bệnh. Kết quả: Trẻ
trai gặp 54,7%, tuổi trung bình 7,5 ± 4,5 tuổi, trẻ lớn chiếm 79,2%, nguồn phơi nhiễm trong gia đình
chiếm 51%. Triệu chứng lâm sàng hay gặp nhất là khi nhập viện là ho (16,9%), ỉa chảy (9,4%), 35 trẻ
(chiếm 67,9%) không có biểu hiện triệu chứng. Thay đổi giá trị xét nghiệm hay gặp nhất là tăng số
lượng tiểu cầu (26,4%), tăng bạch cầu 15,1%, tỷ lệ lympho tăng 16,9%, tăng chỉ số D-dimer (16,9%),
tăng men gan và tăng CRP là 13,2%, tổn thương phổi trên phim Xquang ngực chỉ gặp 11,3%. Không
có bệnh nhân suy hô hấp, không có tử vong. Kết luận: Biểu hiện lâm sàng của trẻ mắc COVID-19
biến thể Alpha nhẹ, ít triệu chứng, thay đổi các chỉ số cận lâm sàng không đặc hiệu.
