KẾT QUẢ SÀNG LỌC CĂNG THẲNG TÂM LÝ Ở NGƯỜI BỆNH UNG THƯ THỰC QUẢN BẰNG THANG ĐO DISTRESS THERMOMETER

Tóm tắt

Mục tiêu: Mô tả mức độ căng thẳng tâm lý và các yếu tố liên quan ở người bệnh ung thư thực quản. Đối tượng và phương pháp: Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang trên người bệnh ≥18 tuổi đang điều trị tại Khoa Chống đau và Chăm sóc giảm nhẹ, Bệnh viện Trung ương Quân đội 108. Căng thẳng tâm lý được đánh giá bằng thang Distress Thermometer (DT); các đặc điểm nhân khẩu học, lâm sàng và điều trị được thu thập để phân tích yếu tố liên quan. Kết quả: Điểm DT trung bình là 4,0 ± 2,12; 52,6% người bệnh có DT ≥4 (căng thẳng có ý nghĩa lâm sàng). Phần lớn ở mức độ vừa. Nguyên nhân chủ yếu gồm vấn đề thể chất (mệt mỏi, đau, rối loạn giấc ngủ), cảm xúc (lo lắng) và thực tế (gánh nặng tài chính). Các yếu tố liên quan có ý nghĩa gồm tuổi ≤60, đã điều trị đặc hiệu và hóa trị. Kết luận: Cần sàng lọc căng thẳng tâm lý thường quy và tăng cường hỗ trợ tâm lý, kiểm soát triệu chứng và hỗ trợ xã hội.
