KHẢO SÁT RỐI LOẠN TRẦM CẢM Ở BỆNH NHÂN PEMPHIGUS ĐANG ĐIỀU TRỊ GLUCOCORTICOSTEROIDS TẠI BỆNH VIỆN DA LIỄU THÀNH PHỐ HỒ CHÍ MINH

Tóm tắt

Mục tiêu: Khảo sát tỉ lệ trầm cảm ở bệnh nhân Pemphigus đang điều trị Glucocorticosteroids tại các khoa lâm sàng của Bệnh viện Da Liễu thành phố Hồ Chí Minh.

Phương pháp: Nghiên cứu cắt ngang được thực hiện trên 140 bệnh nhân có lâm sàng và mô học của Pemphigus.

Kết quả: Trong tổng số 140 bệnh nhân, có 109 ca Pemphigus thông thường và 31 ca Pemphigus lá. Nữ chiếm ưu thế (61,4%). Đa số bệnh nhân có phân độ theo PDAI là nhẹ và trung bình (lần lượt là 65% và 33,6%). Bệnh nhân Pemphigus có tỷ lệ trầm cảm khá cao (43,6%), tuy nhiên đa số là mức độ nhẹ (38,6%), không có bệnh nhân nào bị trầm cảm nặng.

Kết luận: Quản lý da liễu toàn diện có thể góp phần làm giảm mức độ trầm cảm ở bệnh nhân Pemphigus.
