Tóm tắt

Đặt vấn đề: Nhận định được thể chất của người bệnh mắc bệnh tăng huyết áp cũng góp phần giúp
cho việc chẩn đoán và điều trị tăng huyết áp được hiệu quả hơn. Tuy nhiên, mối liên quan giữa dạng
thể chất và một số chỉ số huyết áp thường không được chú ý nhiều.
Mục tiêu: Mô tả đặc điểm thể chất và phân tích một số yếu tố liên quan tới dạng thể chất ở người
bệnh Tăng huyết áp.
Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang có phân tích 388 bệnh nhân
trên 18 tuổi và đã được chẩn đoán xác định tăng huyết áp nguyên phát tại Bệnh viện Y học cổ truyền
Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh từ tháng 03/2022 – 09/2022.
Kết quả: Có mối liên quan giữa các dạng thể chất và chỉ số huyết áp, chỉ số BMI (p < 0,05); Thể chất
đàm thấp và chỉ số huyết áp tâm thu có mối tương quan với nhau (p < 0,05).
Kết luận: Việc xác định được thể chất sẽ góp phần giúp cho việc chẩn đoán và điều trị được hiệu
quả hơn.
