Tóm tắt

Mục tiêu: Mô tả mức độ ảnh hưởng của mạng xã hội đến hành vi ăn uống và xác định một số yếu tố liên quan ở sinh viên Trường Đại học Y Hà Nội năm 2024-2025.

Phương pháp nghiên cứu: Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang được tiến hành trên 490 sinh viên. Dữ liệu được thu thập bằng phương pháp chọn mẫu thuận tiện qua khảo sát trực tuyến. Thang đo SESMEB (22 câu hỏi) được sử dụng để lượng giá mức độ tác động của mạng xã hội. Phân tích thống kê và hồi quy tuyến tính đa biến được thực hiện.

Kết quả: Điểm SESMEB trung bình của sinh viên là 53,42 ± 13,07. Mạng xã hội tác động mạnh nhất đến sự kích thích thị giác và tìm kiếm món ăn. Mô hình hồi quy đa biến ghi nhận 5 yếu tố liên quan đến mức độ ảnh hưởng của mạng xã hội đến hành vi ăn uống có ý nghĩa thống kê, bao gồm mất ngủ trung bình/nặng, sử dụng rượu bia/cà phê, sử dụng mạng xã hội trên 6 tiếng/ngày, sống độc lập và áp lực thi cử.

Kết luận: Mạng xã hội có tác động ở mức độ trung bình đến hành vi ăn uống của sinh viên. Các chương trình can thiệp sức khỏe học đường cần tiếp cận toàn diện để giải quyết cụm hành vi lối sống nguy cơ kết hợp: mất ngủ, áp lực học tập, sống xa nhà và sử dụng chất kích thích.
