MÔ TẢ ĐẶC ĐIỂM LIỀN THƯƠNG SAU LẤY DA MỎNG VÙNG ĐÙI BẰNG GẠC CALCIUM ALGINATE HYDROCOLLOID TẠI BỆNH VIỆN HỮU NGHỊ VIỆT ĐỨC

Mục tiêu: Mô tả kết quả điều trị liền thương sau lấy da mỏng vùng đùi bằng gạc Calcium Alginate Hydrocolloid tại Bệnh viện Hữu nghị Việt Đức.

Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: Nghiên cứu mô tả theo dõi dọc tiến cứu trên 47 bệnh nhân được chỉ định điều trị vết thương sau phẫu thuật lấy da mỏng xẻ đôi ở vùng đùi bằng gạc Calcium Alginate Hydrocolloid tại Khoa phẫu thuật hàm mặt - tạo hình - thẩm mỹ và khoa phẫu thuật nhiễm khuẩn, Bệnh viện Hữu nghị Việt Đức từ tháng 10 năm 2024 đến tháng 6 năm 2025.

Kết quả: Trong nghiên cứu, độ tuổi trung bình là 38,2 ± 19,3 năm, nam giới chiếm 74,5%. Ngày hậu phẫu 1 điểm VAS là 4,7± 1,2; tại ngày hậu phẫu 7 giảm còn 0,7±0,3 (p<0,05). Số lần thay băng trung bình 2,6±1,3 lần; đa số thay băng dưới 3 lần (74,5%). Thời gian bong màng bán hở 7-10 ngày (76,6%); Biến chứng nhiễm trùng vết thương là 2,1%. Tỷ lệ chăm sóc tốt vùng lấy da 89,4%; đánh giá kết quả xa, thời điểm T4 cao hơn T3 (34,0% so với 27,7%).

Kết luận: Chăm sóc vùng lấy da ghép bằng gạc Calcium Alginate Hydrocolloid cho thấy tính khả thi và an toàn, với xu hướng giảm đau theo thời gian, số lần thay băng ít và tỷ lệ biến chứng thấp. Đa số bệnh nhân đạt kết quả chăm sóc tốt trong thời gian theo dõi.
