TỶ LỆ NHIỄM MYCOPLASMA SINH DỤC VÀ MỘT SỐ YẾU TỐ LIÊN QUAN Ở PHỤ NỮ VÔ SINH NGUYÊN PHÁT

Tóm tắt

Mục tiêu: Khảo sát tỷ lệ nhiễm Mycoplasma sinh dục ở phụ nữ vô sinh nguyên phát và một số yếu tố liên quan.

Phương pháp: Thiết kế nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang trên 78 phụ nữ được chẩn đoán vô sinh nguyên phát tại Trung tâm Nội tiết Sinh sản và Vô sinh, Bệnh viện Trường Đại học Y Dược Huế. Đối tượng nghiên cứu được thực hiện các xét nghiệm tìm tác nhân bệnh lây qua đường tình dục, bao gồm Mycoplasma sinh dục.

Kết quả: Tỷ lệ nhiễm Mycoplasma sinh dục ở phụ nữ vô sinh nguyên phát là 41% (KTC 95%: 29,9-52,2%), trong đó nhiễm Ureaplasma parvum (32,1%), Ureaplasma urelyticum (3,8%), đồng nhiễm Ureaplasma parvumUreaplasma urelyticum (5,1%), không có trường hợp nào nhiễm Mycoplasma homonis hoặc Mycoplasma genitalium. Chưa tìm thấy mối liên quan của một số đặc điểm về tuổi, nghề nghiệp, trình độ học vấn, tiền sử bệnh, đặc điểm kinh nguyệt, đặc điểm quan hệ tình dục với tình trạng nhiễm Mycoplasma sinh dục. Tuy nhiên, phụ nữ có tiền sử điều trị vô sinh nguy cơ nhiễm Mycoplasma sinh dục cao hơn so với nhóm không có tiền sử này với ORadj = 5,67 (KTC 95%: 1,50-21,45; p = 0,010), được hiệu chỉnh theo yếu tố tuổi, học vấn và nghề nghiệp.

Kết luận: Nhiễm Mycoplasma sinh dục là vấn đề đáng quan tâm ở phụ nữ vô sinh, trong đó Ureplasma parvum là tác nhân phổ biến nhất. Tầm soát và quản lý tác nhân nhiễm khuẩn ở phụ nữ vô sinh nguyên phát cần chú ý đến yếu tố tiền sử điều trị vô sinh.
