THỰC TRẠNG STRESS, LO ÂU, TRẦM CẢM VÀ MỘT SỐ YẾU TỐ LIÊN QUAN Ở HỌC SINH TRƯỜNG THPT HÒN GAI, PHƯỜNG HẠ LONG, TỈNH QUẢNG NINH NĂM 2026

Mục tiêu: Mô tả thực trạng stress, lo âu và trầm cảm ở học sinh Trường THPT Hòn Gai năm 2026 bằng thang DASS-21 và tìm hiểu một số yếu tố liên quan.

Phương pháp: Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang có phân tích được thực hiện trên 590 học sinh khối 10–12 tại Trường THPT Hòn Gai năm 2026. Số liệu được thu thập bằng bộ câu hỏi kết hợp thang DASS-21. Stress, lo âu và trầm cảm được mô tả theo ngưỡng chuẩn của DASS-21; các mối liên quan được khảo sát bằng hồi quy logistic đơn biến và đa biến.

Kết quả: Tỷ lệ học sinh có stress, lo âu và trầm cảm lần lượt là 22,9%; 28,1% và 16,6%. Stress liên quan độc lập với giới tính nữ, ngủ dưới 6 giờ/ngày, bị bố mẹ/người thân đánh mắng và áp lực thi cử/kiểm tra. Lo âu liên quan độc lập với ngủ dưới 6 giờ/ngày, áp lực thi cử/kiểm tra, chứng kiến bố mẹ cãi nhau và ít hoặc không được bạn bè quan tâm. Trầm cảm liên quan độc lập với ngủ dưới 6 giờ/ngày, áp lực thi cử/kiểm tra, không hài lòng với quan hệ bạn bè và ít hoặc không được bạn bè quan tâm.

Kết luận: Stress, lo âu và trầm cảm ở học sinh THPT Hòn Gai là vấn đề đáng quan tâm, đặc biệt là lo âu. Thiếu ngủ, áp lực học tập, bất lợi trong môi trường gia đình và hỗ trợ xã hội từ bạn bè có liên quan với các vấn đề sức khỏe tâm thần ở học sinh. Cần tăng cường sàng lọc sớm, tư vấn tâm lý học đường và phối hợp giữa nhà trường, gia đình với y tế học đường.
