Mục tiêu: Mô tả mức độ căng thẳng tâm lý và xác định một số yếu tố liên quan ở người bệnh chấn thương cột sống thắt lưng đang điều trị tại Bệnh viện Hữu nghị Việt Tiệp. Đối tượng và phương pháp: Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang được thực hiện trên 102 người bệnh chấn thương cột sống thắt lưng điều trị tại Bệnh viện Hữu nghị Việt Tiệp từ tháng 11/2025 đến tháng 3/2026. Sử dụng thang đo Brief Symptom Rating Scale-5 (BSRS-5) để đánh giá mức độ căng thẳng tâm lý. Kết quả: Tỷ lệ người bệnh có căng thẳng tâm lý mức nhẹ, trung bình và nặng lần lượt là 21,6%, 10,8% và 3,9%. Các yếu tố liên quan đến mức độ căng thẳng tâm lý ở người bệnh bao gồm: có người tâm sự khi buồn chán, bệnh lý kèm theo, và thời gian điều trị. Kết luận: Tỷ lệ căng thẳng tâm lý ở người bệnh chấn thương cột sống thắt lưng là tương đối cao. Các yếu tố như sự hỗ trợ tinh thần, bệnh lý kèm theo và thời gian điều trị có liên quan đến mức độ căng thẳng tâm lý, gợi ý cần có các can thiệp phù hợp nhằm cải thiện toàn diện hiệu quả chăm sóc người bệnh.
