KHẢO SÁT HOẠT TÍNH CHỐNG OXY HÓA, ỨC CHẾ PHÁT TRIỂN VI SINH VẬT CỦA CAO CHIẾT LÁ ỔI (PSIDIUM GUAJAVA L.)

Tóm tắt

Mục tiêu: Khảo sát sơ bộ thành phần hóa thực vật, xác định hàm lượng phenolic, flavonoid toàn phần và đánh giá hoạt tính chống oxy hóa, kháng khuẩn của cao chiết ethanol 70% từ lá ổi.

Đối tượng và phương pháp: Cao chiết được điều chế bằng ethanol 70% có hỗ trợ siêu âm. Thành phần hóa thực vật được định tính; phenolic và flavonoid được xác định lần lượt bằng phương pháp Folin-Ciocalteu và AlCl₃. Hoạt tính chống oxy hóa được đánh giá bằng các mô hình DPPH, ABTS+ và NO; hoạt tính kháng khuẩn được khảo sát bằng phương pháp khuếch tán giếng thạch.

Kết quả: Hiệu suất chiết đạt 17,82%. Cao chiết chứa flavonoid, tannin, terpenoid, alkaloid, saponin và một số nhóm hợp chất khác. Hàm lượng flavonoid và phenolic lần lượt là 409,09 ± 8,46 mgQE/g và 295,34 ± 17,25 mgGA/g dược liệu khô. Giá trị IC₅₀ trên các mô hình DPPH, ABTS+ và NO lần lượt là 31,87 ± 4,57; 37,42 ± 6,43 và 539,72 ± 5,87 µg/mL. Cao chiết có khả năng ức chế MRSA, MSSA, E.coli, P.vulgarisC.albicans.

Kết luận: Cao chiết ethanol 70% lá ổi giàu polyphenol, flavonoid và có hoạt tính chống oxy hóa, kháng khuẩn. Cần tiếp tục nghiên cứu tính ứng dụng nguồn nguyên liệu tiềm năng này.
