MỘT SỐ YẾU TỐ LIÊN QUAN ĐẾN LO ÂU Ở NGƯỜI CAO TUỔI ĐIỀU TRỊ NỘI TRÚ TẠI BỆNH VIỆN LÃO KHOA TRUNG ƯƠNG

Đặt vấn đề: Rối loạn lo âu là một trong những tình trạng phổ biến ở người cao tuổi, gây ảnh hưởng nhiều đến cuộc sống của người bệnh và gia tăng gánh nặng bệnh tật.

Mục tiêu: Tìm hiểu một số yếu tố liên quan đến lo âu ở người cao tuổi điều trị nội trú tại Bệnh viện Lão khoa Trung ương.

Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: nghiên cứu mô tả, cắt ngang,  bao gồm 255 người bệnh từ 60 tuổi trở lên, điều trị nội trú tại khoa Sức khỏe Tâm thần, Bệnh viện Lão khoa Trung Ương từ tháng 08/2022 - 12/2022. Phỏng vấn trực tiếp người bệnh để thu thập đầy đủ thông tin về tình trạng lo âu theo thang đánh giá lo âu Hamilton (HAM-A), đặc điểm các yếu tố có liên quan đến tình trạng lo âu này.

Kết quả: Kết quả nghiên cứu của chúng tôi cho thấy một số yếu tố liên quan đến lo âu trên người cao tuổi như giới nữ (OR=2,07, (95%CI=1,206-3,554, p=0,008), học vấn dưới THPT (OR =1,99, 95%CI=1,19-3,33, p=0,008), điều kiện kinh tế khó khăn hoặc trung bình (OR=1,86,95%CI= 1,50-3,44, p=0,046), sang chấn tâm lý (OR=3,71, 95%CI=1,92-7,20, p<0,01).

Kết luận: Giới nữ, học vấn thấp, điều kiện kinh tế trung bình hoặc khó khăn, sang chấn tâm lý là những yếu tố liên quan của rối loạn lo âu ở người cao tuổi.
