CHẤT LƯỢNG CUỘC SỐNG VÀ SỨC KHỎE TÂM THẦN Ở BỆNH NHÂN MẮC BỆNH DA TẠI XÃ LONG HIỆP, TỈNH VĨNH LONG NĂM 2025

Tóm tắt

Mục tiêu: Nghiên cứu nhằm đánh giá chất lượng cuộc sống và thực trạng các vấn đề sức khỏe tâm thần trên nhóm bệnh nhân mắc bệnh da.

Phương pháp: Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang thực hiện trên 118 bệnh nhân mắc bệnh da tại xã Long Hiệp, tỉnh Vĩnh Long năm 2025, sử dụng thang điểm DLQI để đánh giá chất lượng cuộc sống và thang điểm DASS-21 để đánh giá tình trạng sức khỏe tâm thần.

Kết quả: Điểm chất lượng cuộc sống trung bình là 3,2 ± 3,7 (ảnh hưởng ít), tuy nhiên 57,6% bệnh nhân có chịu ảnh hưởng. Tỷ lệ lo âu, trầm cảm, stress lần lượt là 17,8%, 16,1% và 0,8%, trong đó 100% trầm cảm ở mức độ vừa. Vị trí tổn thương ở mặt và triệu chứng ngứa có tương quan thuận mạnh với điểm chất lượng cuộc sống, lo âu và trầm cảm (p < 0,001). Đáng chú ý, tuổi có tương quan nghịch với trầm cảm (r = -0,312), trong khi stress lại có liên quan đến bệnh mày đay và nhóm người cao tuổi (r = 0,275).

Kết luận: Bệnh da liễu gây ra gánh nặng tâm lý phân hóa rõ rệt theo lứa tuổi và vị trí tổn thương. Cần chú trọng tầm soát tâm lý cho nhóm bệnh nhân trẻ và kiểm soát triệu chứng thực thể cho người cao tuổi.
