GIẢM HAM MUỐN TÌNH DỤC NỮ: TỔNG QUAN CHẨN ĐOÁN VÀ ĐIỀU TRỊ

Tổng quan: Rối loạn tình dục nữ mới chỉ nghiên cứu dưới góc nhìn hiện đại hơn sáu thập
kỷ [1]. “Giảm ham muốn tình dục nữ” đưa ra lần đầu trong DSM ‐ III cách đây 42 năm [2],
tuy nhiên hiểu biết về sinh lý, cơ chế bệnh còn hạn chế.
Mục đích: Xây dựng tổng quan chẩn đoán, hướng tiếp cận, điều trị giảm ham muốn tình
dục nữ.
Phương pháp: Tổng hợp các nghiên cứu về giảm ham muốn tình dục nữ và hướng dẫn cập
nhật nhất về chẩn đoán, điều trị của Tổ chức Quốc tế nghiên cứu Sức khỏe Tình dục Nữ,
Tham vấn Quốc tế về Y học Tình dục, Hội Y học Tình dục Quốc tế.
Kết quả: Hoàn thành tổng quan cập nhật chẩn đoán, điều trị giảm ham muốn tình dục nữ.
Kết luận: Công cụ sàng lọc giảm ham muốn tình dục rất cần thiết sàng lọc bước đầu. Hỏi
bệnh, khai thác yếu tố tâm sinh lý, xã hội quan trọng để định hướng điều trị. Điều trị có thể
kết hợp chiến lược tâm lý xã hội và sinh học để đạt hiệu quả tốt nhất.
