Vô sinh có xu hướng ngày càng tăng, đã có nhiều nghiên cứu về các nguyên nhân gây vô
sinh như tuổi, bệnh lí phụ khoa, nguyên nhân di truyền... nhưng ảnh hưởng của lối sống đến
khả năng sinh sản còn ít được quan tâm. Mục đích của báo cáo này là cung cấp một cái nhìn
tổng quan về một số hành vi lối sống có ảnh hưởng đến khả năng sinh sản. Phương pháp là
tổng quan các nghiên cứu về một số hành vi lối sống ảnh hưởng đến khả năng sinh sản. Kết
luận và khuyến cáo: Khi có kế hoạch mang thai các cặp vợ chồng nên cai thuốc lá, cố gắng
duy trì BMI từ 18,5 đến 25 kg/m2, nên tập thể dục thể thao, nhưng không nên tập gắng sức
quá 5 giờ/tuần; Phụ nữ chuẩn bị mang thai, đang mang thai nên tránh các loại đồ uống có
cồn, vì mức tiêu thụ rượu an toàn cho thai nhi vẫn chưa được xác định, hạn chế uống caffe.
