Tổng quan: Co thắt âm đạo là rối loạn tình dục nữ đặc trưng bởi phản xạ co thắt nhóm cơ
từ xương mu đến xương cụt, khiến cơ vùng chậu căng cứng đột ngột, không cho phép mọi
động thái thâm nhập. Do ít gặp nên cơ chế bệnh sinh, chẩn đoán và điều trị còn là thách thức.
Mục đích: Báo cáo ca lâm sàng co thắt âm đạo nguyên phát và điểm lại y văn.
Phương pháp: Ca bệnh được báo cáo bệnh sử, khám lâm sàng, chẩn đoán và điều trị. Chỉ số
chức năng tình dục nữ (FSFI) được ghi nhận trước, sau điều trị.
Kết quả: Chúng tôi báo cáo ca lâm sàng nữ 33 tuổi co thắt âm đạo nguyên phát điều trị bằng
tình dục liệu pháp. Bệnh nhân đã quan hệ tình dục thâm nhập được sau 5 phiên điều trị. FSFI
tăng từ 4 trước điều trị lên 24,4 điểm sau điều trị. Không ghi nhận biến chứng khi điều trị.
Kết luận: Tình dục liệu pháp dường như là phương pháp an toàn, thành công, chi phí thấp
điều trị co thắt âm đạo nguyên phát.
