Đặt vấn đề: Lạc nội mạc tử cung (LNMTC) là bệnh lý phụ khoa phổ biến với triệu chứng
đau bao gồm: đau bụng (60-80%), đau vùng chậu mạn tính (30-50%), vô sinh (30-40%) và
đau khi giao hợp (25-40%). Do vậy, LNMTC có thể gây ảnh hưởng ít nhiều đến chất lượng
đời sống tình dục của người phụ nữ và đôi khi là nguyên nhân trực tiếp dẫn đến rối loạn chức
năng tình dục nữ.
Đối tượng và phương pháp: Các nghiên cứu về lạc nội mạc tử cung, ảnh hưởng của bệnh
lý lên chức năng tình dục nữ và phương pháp điều trị được tổng hợp trên Pubmed.
Kết quả: Rối loạn chức năng tình dục nữ mà chủ yếu đau khi giao hợp là triệu chứng thường
được mô tả trong các trường hợp mắc lạc nội mạc tử cung. Trong khi đó, các liệu pháp điều
trị cơn đau do LNMTC gây ra hiện còn đang tranh cãi về hiệu quả và thời gian tái phát các
triệu chứng.
Bàn luận: Việc điều trị triệu chứng và biến chứng do LNMTC gây ra hiện chưa có sự đồng
thuận lớn, cho thấy vai trò quan trọng của các chuyên gia lâm sàng trong việc lựa chọn phác
đồ phù hợp với mục tiêu giảm đau, giảm mệt mỏi, cải thiện năng suất làm việc và nâng cao
chất lượng cuộc sống mà đặc biệt là chức năng tình dục.
Kết luận: LNMTC là một bệnh lý ảnh hưởng lên tất cả phương diện đời sống của người phụ
nữ, trong đó có chức năng tình dục.
