Tóm tắt

Mục tiêu: Khảo sát tỷ lệ và các yếu tố liên quan đến việc sử dụng thảo dược ở bệnh nhân tăng huyết áp điều trị ngoại trú tại Bệnh viện Nguyễn Tri Phương.

Đối tượng và phương pháp: Nghiên cứu cắt ngang trên 590 bệnh nhân tăng huyết áp điều trị ngoại trú từ tháng 3-5 năm 2025. Dữ liệu thu thập qua phỏng vấn trực tiếp bằng bảng hỏi cấu trúc.

Kết quả: Trong 590 người tham gia, 38,1% sử dụng thảo dược trong vòng 12 tháng, nhưng chỉ có 8,9% nhằm điều trị hoặc phòng ngừa tăng huyết áp; đa số không khai báo với nhân viên y tế (90,7%). Phân tích đa biến cho thấy nữ giới (AOR: 2,14; 95% CI: 1,559-4,053) và người hút thuốc (AOR: 3,222; 95% CI: 1,564-6,638) có khả năng sử dụng cao hơn. So với nhóm đã nghỉ hưu, nội trợ (AOR: 0,305; 95% CI: 0,178-0,523) và các nghề khác (AOR: 0,338; 95% CI: 0,193-0,591) có khả năng sử dụng thấp hơn.

Kết luận: Nghiên cứu cho thấy tỷ lệ sử dụng thảo dược khá phổ biến ở bệnh nhân tăng huyết áp. Do đó, cần tăng cường công tác quản lý, tích hợp sàng lọc thường quy trong thực hành lâm sàng.
