Đặt vấn đề: Bệnh viêm đường hô hấp cấp do vi rút SARS-CoV-2 đã trở thành đại dịch toàn
cầu. Trước tính chất và mức độ phức tạp của dịch, chính phủ nhiều nước đã ban hành các
biện pháp cách ly, giãn cách xã hội. Những biện pháp này gây ra nhiều thay đổi đáng kể hoạt
động từng cá nhân, trong đó có hoạt động và chức năng tình dục.
Mục tiêu: Đánh giá ảnh hưởng dịch Covid-19 đến hoạt động và chức năng tình dục nam.
Đối tượng phương pháp nghiên cứu: Hai trăm bảy mươi nam giới hoàn thành bộ câu hỏi
phỏng vấn qua điện thoại. Đánh giá hoạt động, chức năng tình dục thông qua thu thập và
phân tích tần suất hoạt động tình dục, mức độ hài lòng đời sống tình dục, thang điểm IIEF-5,
PEDT, thời gian IELT , mức độ cực khoái.
Kết quả: Hoạt động tình dục: Tần suất quan hệ tình dục, tần suất thủ dâm trước – trong dịch
lần lượt là 2,7 ± 0,14 và 2,35 ± 0,18 lần/ tuần (p < 0,001); 2,42 ± 0,29 và 2,52 ± 0,39 lần/
tuần (p=0,462). Điểm hài lòng tình dục trước – trong dịch là 4,6 ± 0,07 và 4,39 ± 0,45 điểm
(p < 0,005). Chức năng tình dục: 79,3% không thay đổi ham muốn trước và trong dịch. So
sánh trước và trong dịch: tỷ lệ rối loạn cương lần lượt là 14,03% và 14,5%; xuất tinh sớm là
21,27% và 22,5%, điểm IIEF-5 là 23,12 ± 0,36 và 23,02 ± 0,44 điểm (p=0,936), điểm PEDT
là 7,62 ± 0,55 và 7,85 ± 0,59 điểm (p = 0,806), thời gian IELT là 8,35 ± 0,89 và 8,57 ± 1,01
phút (p = 0,120).
Kết luận: Tần suất quan hệ tình dục và mức độ hài lòng tình dục trong dịch giảm so với
trước dịch Covid-19. Không thấy sự khác biệt giữa tỷ lệ rối loạn cương, tỷ lệ xuất tinh sớm,
điểm số IIEF-5, PEDT và thời gian IELT trước và trong dịch Covid-19.
