TẦM SOÁT BỆNH GLÔCÔM BẰNG CHỤP ẢNH MÀU GAI THỊ VỚI ỨNG DỤNG PHẦN MỀM TRÍ TUỆ NHÂN TẠO EYEDR

Ứng dụng công nghệ mạng nơ-ron tích chập Darknet YOLO phát triển hệ thống trí tuệ nhân tạo
EYEDR có thể tầm soát glôcôm bằng hình ảnh đĩa thị tự động.
Mục tiêu: Xác định tính giá trị và tin cậy của thuật toán trí tuệ nhân tạo EYEDR trong tầm soát bệnh
glôcôm ở người trưởng thành bằng hình ảnh màu đĩa thị.
Phương pháp: Nghiên cứu cắt ngang. Chọn lọc 2470 ảnh màu đĩa thị để huấn luyện cho máy học
bằng mạng nơ-ron tích chập Darknet YOLO nhằm xác định hình dạng optic disc và optic cup của đĩa
thị, từ đó xây dựng thuật toán trí tuệ nhân tạo để phát hiện đĩa thi có glaucoma và non-glaucoma. Sử
dụng bộ test gồm 1028 ảnh dùng để đánh giá giá trị của phần mềm AI này dựa vào độ nhạy, độ đặc
hiệu, diện tích dưới đường cong ROC (AUC), tính khả dĩ đương, tính chính xác và chỉ số đồng thuận
Kappa của máy học và bác sĩ đọc kết quả.
Kết quả: Diện tích dưới đường cong ROC (AUC) là 0,93 ± 0,01 (0,92 -0,95; CI 95%), với độ nhạy
90,3%, độ đặc hiệu 95,06%, tỉ số tiên đoán dương 90,80%, độ chính xác 86,80% và chỉ số đồng thuận
Kappa là 0,86.
Kết luận: Phần mềm trí tuệ nhân tạo EYEDR ứng dụng công nghệ CNN Darknet YOLO version 3
có độ nhạy cao giúp phát hiện tầm soát glôcôm bằng ảnh màu gai thị trong cộng đồng.
