ĐẶC ĐIỂM RỐI LOẠN GIẤC NGỦ Ở TRẺ VỊ THÀNH NIÊN MẮC VIÊM DẠ DÀY MẠN TÍNH TẠI BỆNH VIỆN NHI TRUNG ƯƠNG

Tóm tắt

Mục tiêu: Mô tả đặc điểm rối loạn giấc ngủ ở trẻ vị thành niên mắc viêm dạ dày mạn tính và xác định một số yếu tố liên quan.

Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang được thực hiện trên 150 trẻ vị thành niên được chẩn đoán viêm dạ dày mạn tính tại Bệnh viện Nhi Trung ương. Chất lượng giấc ngủ được đánh giá bằng thang đo Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQ. Kết quả: Tỷ lệ rối loạn giấc ngủ là 34,7% trong đó rối loạn giấc ngủ mức độ nhẹ chiếm tỷ lệ cao nhất (20,0%), tiếp theo là mức độ trung bình (9,3%) và nặng (5,4%). Tổng điểm PSQI trung bình là 7,7 ± 3,1. Các biểu hiện rối loạn giấc ngủ thường gặp gồm ngủ không sâu, dễ thức giấc (70,0%), khó khởi đầu giấc ngủ (60,0%), thức giấc nhiều lần trong đêm (55,3%) và thời gian ngủ ban đêm dưới 6 giờ (50,0%). Rối loạn giấc ngủ có mối liên quan với nhóm tuổi, tình trạng đã dậy thì, thời gian sử dụng thiết bị điện tử trên 3 giờ mỗi ngày và áp lực học tập (p < 0,05).

Kết luận: Rối loạn giấc ngủ là tình trạng phổ biến ở trẻ vị thành niên mắc viêm dạ dày mạn tính và liên quan đến yếu tố sinh học lẫn lối sống – tâm lý xã hội. Việc sàng lọc và can thiệp rối loạn giấc ngủ là rất cần thiết nhằm điều trị toàn diện cho trẻ vị thành niên viêm dạ dày mạn tính và cải thiện chất lượng cuộc sống.
