ĐÁNH GIÁ KẾT QUẢ THAY KHỚP HÁNG TOÀN PHẦN KHÔNG XI MĂNG SỬ DỤNG CHUÔI KHỚP CORAIL Ở BỆNH NHÂN HOẠI TỬ VÔ KHUẨN CHỎM XƯƠNG ĐÙI DƯỚI 50 TUỔI

Tóm tắt

Mục tiêu: Nghiên cứu này nhằm mục đích thông báo kết quả thay khớp háng toàn phần (TKHTP)
không xi măng sử dụng chuôi khớp Corail được phủ hydroxyapatite (HA) toàn bộ ở bệnh nhân dưới
50 tuổi bị hoại tử vô khuẩn chỏm xương đùi (HTVKCXĐ).
Đối tượng nghiên cứu: 74 khớp háng bị HTVKCXĐ ở 58 bệnh nhân được đánh giá lâm sàng,
Xquang với thời gian theo dõi tối thiểu 10 năm và dài nhất là 12 năm.
Kết quả: Điểm Harris khớp háng trước phẫu thuật từ 41.68 ± 21,78 điểm tăng lên 98.82 ± 2.29 điểm
sau phẫu thuật tại thời điểm theo dõi cuối cùng. 74 khớp háng (100%) được chứng minh ổn định với
sự mọc xương vào bề mặt chuôi khớp. Không có khớp háng nào lỏng hoặc yêu cầu thay lại do lỏng
vô khuẩn.
Kết luận: Chúng tôi tin rằng TKHTP không xi măng với chuôi khớp Corail là một lựa chọn đầy hứa
hẹn với bệnh nhân trẻ bị HTVKCXĐ.
