THỰC TRẠNG NĂNG LỰC PHẢN TỈNH VÀ MỘT SỐ YẾU TỐ LIÊN QUAN CỦA SINH VIÊN ĐIỀU DƯỠNG TRƯỜNG ĐẠI HỌC ĐẠI NAM NĂM 2024

Tóm tắt

Mục tiêu: Mô tả thực trạng phản tỉnh trong học tập và các yếu tố liên quan của sinh viên điều dưỡng.

Đối tượng và phương pháp: Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang được thực hiện với sự tham gia của 360 sinh viên điều dưỡng Trường Đại học Đại Nam.

Kết quả: Có 82,5% sinh viên nữ; tuổi trung bình là 19,92 ± 1,12. Điểm RLS trung bình phản tỉnh là 4,53 ± 1,01 trên thang Likert 7 điểm; mục “nhận thức mình đang học gì và mục đích học” có điểm trung bình cao nhất (5,16 ± 1,23 điểm), trong khi “tích hợp chủ đề giữa môn/hoạt động” có điểm trung bình thấp nhất (3,98 ± 1,35 điểm). Có 68,3% sinh viên đạt mức phản tỉnh trung bình, 27,2% tốt và 4,4% kém. Yếu tố chủ quan nổi bật là thái độ (3,36 ± 1,03 điểm); yếu tố khách quan nổi bật là năng lực quản lý của lãnh đạo và giảng viên (3,25 ± 1,09 điểm).

Kết luận: Mức độ phản tỉnh của sinh viên điều dưỡng chỉ đạt mức trung bình, điều này gợi ý cần tăng cường hoạt động phản tỉnh có cấu trúc, nhất là lập kế hoạch và tích hợp kiến thức. Đồng thời cần có sự tham gia hỗ trợ của giảng viên để hỗ trợ sinh viên thực hành phản tỉnh tốt hơn.
