Tóm tắt

Mục tiêu: Mô tả thực trạng tuân thủ vệ sinh tay thường quy của nhân viên y tế và một số yếu tố liên
quan tại Bệnh viện Đa khoa tỉnh Sơn La năm 2022.
Phương pháp nghiên cứu: Thiết kế cắt ngang phân tích, cỡ mẫu là 350 nhân viên y tế, mỗi nhân
viên được quan sát 1 cơ hội tuân thủ vệ sinh tay thường quy và một bộ câu hỏi phát vấn về kiến thức.
Kết quả: Tỉ lệ tuân thủ vệ sinh tay thường quy của nhân viên y tế tại bệnh viện tương đối cao chiếm
60,6%. Có mối liên quan giữa tham gia tập huấn vệ sinh tay thường quy (OR=0,66; 95% KTC: 0,5-
0,9; p<0,05), quá tải bệnh nhân tại khoa phòng (OR= 1,57; 95% KTC: 1,3-1,9; p<0,05), kiểm tra,
giám sát công tác VSTTQ (OR= 0,67; 95% KTC: 0,5- 0,9; p<0,05) kiến thức về VSTTQ (OR= 0,77
;95% KTC: 0,6 – 0,9; p<0,05) đến tuân thủ VSTTQ.
