TRẦM CẢM, LO ÂU, STRESS Ở BA THÁNG CUỐI THAI KỲ VÀ MỐI QUAN HỆ VỚI CHỒNG/BẠN TÌNH

Tóm tắt

Mục tiêu: 1) Xác định tỷ lệ mắc các triệu chứng trầm cảm, lo âu, stress ở phụ nữ mang thai ba tháng cuối thai kỳ sử dụng thang đo DASS-21; 2) Khảo sát mối liên quan giữa mối quan hệ với chồng/bạn tình và trầm cảm, lo âu, stress ở phụ nữ mang thai ba tháng cuối thai kỳ.

Đối tượng và phương pháp: Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang trên 232 phụ nữ mang thai ba tháng cuối thai kỳ tại Bệnh viện Trường Đại học Y-Dược Huế và Bệnh viện Trung ương Huế từ 07/2024 đến 05/2025.

Kết quả: Các triệu chứng lo âu là những biểu hiện gặp nhiều nhất với tỷ lệ 22,8%, triệu chứng trầm cảm và stress ít gặp hơn với tỷ lệ tương tự nhau là 6,5%. Các đặc điểm của mối quan hệ với chồng/bạn tình liên quan đến trầm cảm, lo âu, stress trong ba tháng cuối thai kỳ ở phụ nữ mang thai (p<0,05) bao gồm: đánh giá chung về mối quan hệ là không tốt, bất đồng quan điểm, bị bạo lực và không nhận được sự hỗ trợ.

Kết luận: Sàng lọc trầm cảm, lo âu và stress là cần thiết trong quá trình chăm sóc trước sinh. Mối quan hệ với chồng/bạn tình có mối liên quan có ý nghĩa thống kê với tình trạng trầm cảm, lo âu và stress ở phụ nữ mang thai ba tháng cuối thai kỳ.
