THỰC TRẠNG TRẦM CẢM Ở CÁN BỘ Y TẾ VÀ MỘT SỐ YẾU TỐ ẢNH HƯỞNG: NGHIÊN CỨU TỔNG QUAN TRONG GIAI ĐOẠN 2010 - 2019

Tóm tắt

Mục tiêu: Tổng quan thực trạng mắc trầm cảm ở cán bộ y tế và một số yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến trầm
cảm ở cán bộ y tế. Thiết kế nghiên cứu: nghiên cứu tổng quan.
Kết quả: 27 bài báo được chọn đưa vào nghiên cứu phân tích tổng hợp. Tỷ lệ trầm cảm ở cán bộ y tế
cao nhất là 77,6% và thấp nhất là 10,9%. Các yếu tố ảnh hưởng chính làm tăng tỷ lệ trầm cảm như:
hút thuốc lá, số giờ làm việc trên 70 giờ/tuần, giới tính nữ, số giờ ngủ ít hơn 6-7h/ngày, làm việc tại
các khoa đặc thù… Các yếu tố ảnh hưởng giúp làm giảm tỷ lệ trầm cảm: hoạt động thể thao, tự chủ
trong công việc và quan tâm đến nghề.
Kết luận: Tình trạng trầm cảm ở nhân viên y tế hiện nay trên thế giới và Việt Nam đều đáng báo
động, Các đơn vị ngành y tế cần quan tâm hơn đến thực trạng trầm cảm của nhân viên y tế để thiết
lập hệ thống giảm áp lực công việc, tạo môi trường làm việc thuận lợi, hỗ trợ, cố vấn chuyên môn
giúp phục hồi sức khỏe tinh thần cho họ.
