Mục tiêu: Xác định tỷ lệ thiếu 25-Hydroxyvitamin D máu và phân tích mối liên quan giữa
25-Hydroxyvitamin D với albumin niệu vi lượng ở người bệnh đái tháo đường típ 2.
Đối tượng và phương pháp: Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang trên 90 bệnh nhân đái tháo đường típ 2
điều trị nội trú tại Khoa Nội tiết – Nội thận Bệnh viện Đà Nẵng.
Kết quả: Tỷ lệ thiếu 25-Hydroxyvitamin D máu ở người bệnh đái tháo đường típ 2 là 20%. Nồng độ
25-Hydroxyvitamin D máu có mối tương quan nghịch với mức độ bài xuất albumin niệu (r = -0,216;
p < 0,05).
