Tóm tắt
Mục tiêu: Đánh giá nhận thức, thái độ và mức độ sẵn sàng ứng dụng trí tuệ nhân tạo trong thực hành nha khoa của bác sĩ răng hàm mặt mới tốt nghiệp tại thành phố Hồ Chí Minh năm 2025.
Đối tượng và phương pháp: Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang được thực hiện từ tháng 3 đến tháng 9 năm 2025 trên 164 bác sĩ răng hàm mặt mới tốt nghiệp, chọn mẫu thuận tiện. Dữ liệu thu thập bằng bảng hỏi trực tuyến có cấu trúc, xử lý bằng phần mềm SPSS 26.0 với thống kê mô tả, kiểm định Chi-square, Mann-Whitney U và Kruskal-Wallis (p < 0,05).
Kết quả: 94,5% người tham gia đã nghe về trí tuệ nhân tạo trong y tế và 72% biết trí tuệ nhân tạo được ứng dụng trong nha khoa. Gần như toàn bộ (98,7%) mong muốn sử dụng trí tuệ nhân tạo, song chỉ 36% tin tưởng vào độ chính xác chẩn đoán. Mức độ sử dụng công nghệ và việc từng tham gia khóa học trí tuệ nhân tạo có mối liên quan có ý nghĩa với mức sẵn sàng ứng dụng (p < 0,05). Các lĩnh vực được đánh giá có tiềm năng cao gồm chẩn đoán hình ảnh, cấy ghép và phục hình; rào cản chính là thiếu đào tạo (79,3%) và chi phí triển khai (65,9%).
Kết luận: Bác sĩ mới tốt nghiệp có thái độ tích cực với trí tuệ nhân tạo nhưng còn hạn chế về niềm tin kỹ thuật và kinh nghiệm ứng dụng. Việc tăng cường đào tạo chính quy và hợp tác liên ngành là cần thiết nhằm nâng cao năng lực và sự sẵn sàng tích hợp trí tuệ nhân tạo trong thực hành nha khoa.
